My name is Angie Schubach and I am the founder of Appointment Partner LLC in Indianapolis, Indiana. I have worked as a Registered Nurse for more than 25 years and I understand how important it is for people to have good, quality healthcare. I’ve heard from many people who want to keep their appointments but are forced to cancel simply because they have no options for transportation. Caring for my own sick family members and friends has also opened my eyes to a real lack of resources for patients and their families. Too often family members live far away or there are no trusted friends or neighbors available to help.  Most agencies have limited vehicles and distance limitations. I don’t think logistics should be a reason to cancel a needed procedure or appointment. While I don’t offer medical advice or provide direct patient care, I am a trusted, friendly professional with an excellent driving record who can escort you to your appointment, stay with you until you are released, then make sure you arrive safely back home. I will clarify any discharge or follow up instructions and I will be glad to inform a family member about the appointment, if that is your wish. I can even FaceTime family who cannot be there during your appointment so they can hear directly from your healthcare provider. All trips are individualized so you won’t need to worry about sharing a ride with other patients and everything will be kept confidential.
